Partner — Family & Private Clients
“Twenty years of guiding families and high-net-worth clients through sensitive and complex legal matters with empathy and resolve.”
About Framy
Framy Anne Browne leads Wellington Legal Advisors' Family & Private Clients team with more than twenty years of dedicated experience in family law, and a reputation as one of New South Wales' most capable and empathetic practitioners in this complex and emotionally charged field. Framy's clients range from high-net-worth individuals navigating complex property settlements — including matters involving business assets, trusts, and cross-jurisdictional holdings — to parents seeking workable, child-focused parenting arrangements. She is equally skilled in the courtroom and at the negotiating table, and her preference is always to pursue resolution in a way that minimises conflict and protects long-term relationships, particularly where children are involved. Her expertise spans divorce and separation, complex financial matters, parenting arrangements, international relocation matters, and cross-jurisdictional family law issues. Framy has been recognised by Doyle's Guide as a leading Family & Divorce Lawyer every year from 2018 to 2025, with specific recognition for her work on high-value and complex property matters. She holds a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law and sits on the boards of Youth Focus and Charlie's Foundation for Research.
